The Workflow Assessment
Before anyone builds anything, the plumbing has to be mapped. The Workflow Assessment is a focused, flat-fee diagnostic: a 60-minute working session with your team, followed by a written report within five business days. You get the numbers on where your time is actually going, a candid readiness snapshot, and one to three automation proposals with fixed prices — not estimates.
The fee is $1,000, credited in full toward any build you commission within 30 days. And if the report doesn't identify at least 100 hours a year of recoverable time, we refund it.
